Hoar Frost - Christmas Day 2005
Christmas Day 2005 was one of those days where any photographer did not have enough hours of daylight to be able to take all the pictures they wanted, and I was on a Christmas Day hike with my husband when I spotted these 2 trees backlit by the sun which had not yet melted the hoar frost covering them.
